DONNELLA DEEN ''DONNIE'' CHASTAIN - - 92, Cookeville, Tenn., died Thursday, Oct. 30. Mrs. Chastain was a teacher in Jacksonville and a superintendent of schools in Flagler County.

Born in Baxley, Ga., she moved from Orlando in 1995. She was a member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Orlando. She was a founding member of the Florida State Teachers Credit Union. She was a member of Fraternal Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the American Revolution. She also was an owner of Lyndhurst Hotel, Daytona Beach.

Survivors: son, Calvin D., Cookeville; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildren.
