Elaine Frailey, age 67, of Daytona Beach, went to her heavenly reward on Sunday, January 10, 2010.
A 10:00 AM viewing and 11:00AM service will be held in her honor on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Community United Methodist Church, 616 Harvey Road, Daytona Beach (beach side) followed by an interment at Daytona Memorial Park.
Elaine was born in Geneva, Ohio, came to the area as a young girl, and attended Daytona Beach Community College. She dedicated her talent as an Administrative Assistant to the Daytona Beach Police Department for 45 years until her retirement last year. She was a proud member of Community United Methodist Church and participated in their "JOY" Group (Just Older Youth). She enjoyed reading a good "Love" novel, puzzling, cheering for the Atlanta Braves and was an avid baseball fan, especially Kansas City Royals catcher; Darrell Porter. She was a fun loving, lighthearted woman with a great sense of humor and a sincere love of her bird and cats.
Her father by marriage; Henry T. Shill preceded her in death and she leaves behind to cherish her memory, her dear mother Mary Shill Morton, Altamonte Springs, FL; a brother; Dan Frailey and his wife, Diane, Guyton, GA; a sister, Eleanor Shill, Winter Park, FL; two nieces, Danielle Frailey and Lynn (Vince) Amalfitano; a nephew, Rob Frailey; a great niece and nephew, lots of loving friends and her church family.
