Magdalene Marie Hansen Morrison, 94, died Wednesday, October 29th after a brief illness. Born in Chicago, IL, she resided in Jacksonville most of her life. She was a Telephone Pioneer, having worked for Southern Bell thirty-seven years.

A former resident of Riverside Presbyterian Home, she was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Communication Workers' Association Retirement Club. Her greatest love was caring for her friends.

Survivors include her brothers, Homer M. Hansen (Ruby) of Cleveland, TX and Oswald F. Hansen (Essie), Flagler Beach, FL; niece, Mary Ann Macey (Louis), Houston, TX; nephew, Michael H. Hansen (Priscilla), Bentonville, Ark.

A Memorial service will be held at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4115 Hendricks Ave. on Saturday, November 1, 1997 at 3:00 PM.
