Graveside service for Bobby Ray Lane, 64, Georgetown, Ga., formerly of Bunnell, will be Saturday, March 15, at 10:30 a.m. in Espanola Cemetery, Espanola. The family will receive friends Friday (this evening) from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach.

Mr. Lane passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at his home. He was born in Birmingham, Ala., March 9, 1944, a son of the late Norman and Mable Poe Lane. Mr. Lane was a retired sawmill maintenance supervisor for Oak Crest Lumber Company in Buena Vista, Ga. He liked to hunt and fish and was a family man who loved being with his family.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sister, Pat Minchew; and brother, Norman "Jerry" Lane.

Surviving are his loving wife of 44 years, Dona; three children, Norma Jean Lane, Ardmore, Tenn., Norman Gerald Lane, Georgetown, Ga., and Bobby Dell Lane, Americus, Ga.; four grandchildren, Shauna and Troy Leary and Mattie Rose and Cody Ray Lane; four sisters, Gloria Freeman and her husband, Ted, Fairburn, Ga., JoAnn Lynn and Deborah Lane, both of Bunnell, and June Law, Flagler Beach.
