LORD, CELIA PAGE - - Graveside service for Celia Page Lord, 89, Old Dixie Highway, Espanola, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at Espanola Cemetery, County Road 205, Bunnell. The Rev. Doug Knight of Hastings will officiate.

Miss Lord died January 28, 2008, at Flagler Pines Nursing Home in Bunnell. She was born in Leesburg, Va., on March 15, 1918. She moved to Flagler County from St. Augustine as an infant and was a member of the Bunnell High School Class of 1936.

She retired from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office after 38 years as secretary, having worked for five sheriffs. She was a past member of the Daughters of the American Revolution Old Kings Highway Chapter.

She is survived by 5 nephews, Quentin Emery and Howard Emery, both of Bunnell, and Lou Fortner, Tim Fortner and Shawn Fortner, all of Hastings; and five nieces, Beverly Emery, Bunnell, Kathryn Rich, Bonifay, Deborah Lands, Hastings, Stephanie Gillcrist, Jacksonville, and Pat¬ricia Marshall, Greenville, S.C., also 36 great-nephews and nieces, 48 great-great-nephews and nieces, and three great-great-great-nephews and nieces; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Patrick, Espanola.

In lieu of other remembrances, the family suggests donations to Celia's favorite charity, Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, Inc., PO Box 2000, Boys Ranch, FL 32064.
