George Cornelius McArn of Flagler Beach passed away about 12:50 Friday morning enroute from his home to the hospital. He had suffered a heart attack a short time before at his home.

Mr. McArn was a life long resident of Flagler County and lived in Bunnell until about five years ago he, moved to Flagler Beach after he retired. He was 46 years of age. He was the son, of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. C. McArn of Bunnell.

Funeral services were held at two o'clock Sunday afternoon from the Craig Funeral Chapel, 201 East Moody Boulevard. Rev. W. L. Spicer, Jr., pastor of the First Methodist Church of Bunnell, officiated. Interment followed at the Seville Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sayde McArn, of Flagler Beach; one daughter, Gloria McArn of Bunnell; one son, George C. McArn, III, of Bunnell, now with the U. S. Navy.

Pallbearers were Bill Deen, Clyde Lewis, Otis Hunter, Benny Lee, A. C. Rodgers, and Robert Bertha. Honorary pallbearers were Willie Aaron, Hubert Frier, Bob Henderson, D. D. Moody, George Miles Moody, Tom Holden and Billy Wadsworth.
