Chalton Eugene Miller, age 67, of Clewiston, passed away June 6, 2008, in Clewiston, Fla.

He was born August 4, 1940, in Bunnell, the son of the late Daulphus Dell and the late Rosa Augusta (Wilkinson) Miller. 

He was a veteran of the Marine Corps. 

Survivors include one son: Anthony Leo Cypress and three daughters: Marlin Rose Miller of Clewiston, Fla., Marlin Miller, Kira Marie Cypress, and two brothers: Norman Miller, Daulphus Miller and three sisters: Dona Lane, Anabelle Nichols, Viola Miller. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Cypress Miller, Daughter, Tina Marie Miller, mother, Rosa Augusta Miller, Father, Daulphus Dell Miller, Brothers, Sherman Miller, Charles "Sam" Miller, sister, Mary Lou Combs. 

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Big Cypress Cemetery, Big Cypress Reservation.
