Charles Alton Strickland

He was known for his sense of humor, as a semi-truck driver, mechanic and welder.

He was also known for his delicious bar-b-cue for many businesses, friends and family.

His survivors are his wife of 56 years, Tommie Lou, two sons Randy (Tracey), Bunnell, Tony, Favoretta, two grandsons Randy Jr. (Heather), Bunnell, Peter James (PJ), Favoretta.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and Haven Hospice nurses for the special care they gave to Charles. We are also grateful for all our family and friends' support with gifts of food, visits and especially their prayers.

Memorial services will be held January 7, 2017 at Pellicer Community Center, St. Johns Park at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate
