Harold P. Bowden, 71, Haw Creek, died Friday morning at Ormond Beach Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Monticello, Ga. and moved to Flagler County 40 years ago. He was a farmer and member of the Bunnell First Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Taudy, Haw Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Haroldine King and Mrs. Sally Glissendorff, both of Bunnell; a son, Billy Grissom, Albany, Ga.; four sisters, Mrs. Cindy Hall, Jacksonville; Mrs. Ruby Lynch, Macon, Ga.; Mrs. Tommy Rook, Flouilla, Ga.; and Mrs. Harriett Johnson, Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Robert and R. T., both of Jacksonville and 16 grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday afternoon at 2:30 in the First United Methodist Church of Bunnell with the Rev. Earl Wilder pastor, officiating. Interment was at Espanola Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Myrl Henry, Bobby Sizemore, Eldon Knight, Leslie Tucker, C. H. Cowart, Sr., and Lee Blakely.

Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, was in charge.
