		      PORT ORANGE -- Henry Marvin  Bratcher, 70, of South Ridgewood Avenue, who was a certified electrician  supervisor for the city of Daytona Beach for 15 years, died Friday at Halifax  Medical Center, Daytona Beach. 
		      
		      Mr. Bratcher, a Navy, Army and  Army Air Force veteran of World War II, was born in Bunnell. He was a member of  the Disabled American Veterans Commanders Club, which he served as a bronze  leader; and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 84. He enjoyed world  travel. 
		      
		      Survivors include three  daughters, Marjorie Bratcher, Fort Lauderdale, Deborah Somers, Fort Pierce, and  Donna Capp, Canada; three brothers, Glendale, Holly Hill, Charles, Coral  Gables, and Lonney Jr., Titusville; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. 
		      
		      Woodward, Holly Hill, is in charge.
