Debra Ann Carter, 39, died Wednesday, February 17, 1999, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born in Bunnell and had resided in Federal Point for two years. She co-owned and operated Carter's House Cleaning Service. She enjoyed fishing as a hobby.

Survivors included her husband, Gordon Wayne Carter; sons, Joshua Buss and Derek Buss of Federal Point; daughters, Ciara Carter of Federal Point, April Buss and Rachel Buss of Lincoln, Neb.; mother Betty Huff of St. Augustine; sisters, Michelle Baggett of Orange Mills and Missy Messom of Palatka.

Graveside services will be Monday, 2 p.m. at Espanola Cemetery.

Watts Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
