Mrs. Marie P. Friedman, 68, of 101 N. Amelia Ave., died Tuesday in West Volusia Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Friedman was born in Covington, Tenn., and had lived in DeLand more than 20 years. She was retired from the Stetson University business office and was a member of the Stetson Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother, J. T. Pace of Memphis, Tenn.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Sammie Friedman of DeLand; and two grandsons.

Allen-Summerhill, DeLand is in charge.
