BUNNELL - Joan Annabell Harper, 75, of South West County Road 2006, a resident since 1959, died Friday at Flagler Pines Nursing Home.

Mrs. Harper, a homemaker, was born in Fairhope, Pa., and moved to this area in 1959 from Palatka. She was a member of St. John's Park Pioneers. She was a volunteer for the Citizens Observers Program in Palm Coast. Mrs. Harper enjoyed fishing, gardening and canning.

Survivors include three sons, James, Steve and Johnny, all of Bunnell; five daughters, Kathy Moody, Flagler Beach, and Cindy Maryes, Sandra Terrell, Julie Young and Pamela Harper, all of Bunnell; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Florida Hospital Memorial HospiceCare, 770 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

HARPER. JOAN ANNABELL - Graveside service for Joan Annabell Harper, 75, SW CR 2006, Bunnell, who died Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at the Flagler Pines Nursing Home, Bunnell, will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 6, at the Espanola Cemetery, Espanola.

Joan was born June 27, 1930, in Fairhope, Pa., to the late Louis & Helena (Streitch) Gearhart. She was a homemaker and she volunteered for many years with the Citizens Observer Program (COP), Palm Coast. Joan was a member of the St. Johns Park Pioneers and she enjoyed fishing, gardening, canning and spending time with her grandchildren.

Her husband, Keith Harper, preceded her in death in 1988.

Survivors include her eight children, James K. Harper, Cindy Maryes, Sandra Terrell, Steve Harper, Julie Young, Pamala Harper, and Johnny Harper, all of Bunnell, and Kathy Moody, Flagler Beach; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made in memory of Joan to the Florida Hospital Memorial HospiceCare, 875 Sterhaus Ave., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
