Mrs. Hazel Hunter, 29 years of age and wife of J. E. Hunter of Espanola died in the East Coast Hospital in St., Augustine at 12:30 A. M. Wednesday. Death resulted from an attack of' influenza which later developed into pneumonia.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock from the First Baptist church here, Rev. J.S. Taylor, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial was made in the Espanola Cemetery in the Hunter plot.

Mrs. Hunter was the daughter of Mrs. Dola Gatlin of Palatka and had been married for about six years.

She is survived by her husband, seven sisters, Mrs. L. S. Cody of Bunnell; Mrs. Jim Holford of Palatka; Mrs. Herman Carnes of Palatka; Mrs. Hattie Knight, Orlando; Mrs. Grace Edwards, St. Augustine, Mrs. Florence Park, Orlando;  Also by one brother Wallace Gatlin of Pompano, Florida.

Pallbearers were Joy Deen, Andrew Thompson, Charles Williams, Dale Brown, Jr., Duane Deen and C. B. Eisenbach.
