		      BUNNELL – Ernest Walton Johnston, Jr., St. Johns Park, an inspector retired  from the Department of Agriculture, died Wednesday at the Veterans  Administration Hospital, Gainesville, from a lengthy illness.
		      
		      Mr. Johnston was born  in  Flagler County and was a former  Bunnell city commissioner. He was any Army veteran of World War II where he  received the bronze star. He was a member of VFW Post 5213; Jim Booe Chapter  86, Disabled American Veterans; and St. Stephens Catholic Church.
		      
		      Survivors include his  widow, Alice; three daughters, Sheila Robertson, Bunnell, and Marsha Montgomery  and Gloria Corbin, both of Daytona Beach; one son, Ernest III, Jacksonville;  one sister, Margaret Cook, Flagler Beach; two brothers, Danny and Carlton, both  of Bunnell; and six grandchildren.
		      
		      Craig, Bunnell, is in  charge.
