BUNNELL - John Ronald Lynn, 67, of North Chapel Street, a former caretaker and jailer for 15 years at the Flagler County Jail, died Monday at home.

Mr. Lynn, a Marine Corps veteran, was born in Daytona Beach, and was a lifelong resident of Flagler County. He was associated with the timber business in Flagler County for 47 years and worked with the Bunnell Fire Department for 17 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bunnell.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Joann; a daughter, Tammie Phillips, Bunnell; and two grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
