BUNNELL - Sidney Lanier McCraney, 47, 1333 Gary St., a native of Bunnell, died Friday in Brevard Hospital, Melbourne, after a lengthy illness.

Mr. McCraney was born and raised in Bunnell and move to Merritt Island 13 years ago, where he was a surveyor with Brevard County.

Survivors include his widow, Ethel L.; his mother, Clara McCraney, now of Live Oak; three sons, H.L., now of Trenton, Terence M. and Timothy L., both now of Merritt Island; one daughter, Mrs. Cindy J. Kelly, now of Cocoa; five brothers, Charley H., Bunnell, Everett L., George A. and Arnold L., all of Live Oak, Robert, now of Greenbelt, Md.; five sisters, Mrs. Meildred Riddick and Vera McCraney, both now of Crystal River, Anna L. Darstis, now of Hampton, Va., Mrs. Barbara Turlington, now of Tallahassee, Mrs. Margaret L. Wilson, now of Riverview; and four grandchildren.

Service will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Espanola Cemetery.
