MOORE, LOTTIE M., 89, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (May 25, 1999) at home. Born in Hardin County, Ky., she came here in 1971 from Louisville, Ky. She was a factory worker for a cigarette manufacturer and was Baptist.

Survivors include a son, Carlos Miller, Seymour, Ind.; a daughter, Joyce Ireland, St. Petersburg; a brother, Orville Perkins, and a sister, Dorothy Ruzanka, both of Louisville; several nieces and nephews; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
