Thursday, October 9, 1980Richard R. (Dick) Mosby, 82, of 208 Central Ave., Flagler Beach, died Saturday in Bunnell Community Hospital.
He was a retired city judge and city commissioner in Flagler Beach.
Born in Cass County, MO, he came to this area 69 years ago from Cass County, Idaho. He was the former owner and operator of the Mosby Apartments, a well-known cast net weaver, volunteer fireman and member of the Seven Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include widow, Mariel; a daughter Patricia Davis; three sisters, Nellie Lammery of Holly Hill and Fannie Mosby and Elizabeth Garren both of Ocoee and two grandchildren.
Craig Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
