Michael Paul Muzyka, 44, passed away January 18, 2013 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Lakeland, FL to his parents C.H. and Henri Muzyka on October 19, 1968.

Michael was an adored son. He will be missed greatly by his mother, family, and friends. Although Michael had many health battles; he was brave through them all.

Michael is predeceased by his father C.H.; He is survived by his mother Henri of Ormond Beach; sister Kim and her husband John Lynch of Palm Coast; his grandmother; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange FL 32129.

Arrangements are under the care and trust of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL.
