		      ORMOND BEACH -- Elizabeth Mary  Polesnek, 76, of Lorillard Place, a 27-year resident, died Thursday at Florida  Hospital-Ormond Memorial. 
		      
		      Mrs. Polesnek, a retired clerical  worker for a plastics manufacturer, was born in Palmer, Pa. She came to this  area from Pompano Beach. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church  and the Eagles and Moose clubs. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, fishing and  playing cards. 
  
		      Survivors include a son, Michael, Ormond Beach; two brothers, William  "Hank" Kurnot, Masontown, Pa., and Michael Kurnot, Medina, Ohio;  three sisters, Anna Polesnek, Ormond Beach, Veronica Cotes, Clinton Township,  Mich., and Patricia Kuba, Chagrin Falls, Ohio; three grandchildren; and five  great-grandchildren. 
		      
		      Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of  Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.
