Funeral service for Alton Lee Polson, Jacksonville, retired sergeant in the U. S. Air Force, was held at 11 o'clock Wednesday from the Estes-Krauss Funeral Home in Jacksonville.

Graveside military service was held here at the Espanola Cemetery at 3:30 in the afternoon. Flagler Post 115, The American Legion, was in charge of the graveside service. Commander R. W. Ratcliffe, chaplain of the Jacksonville Naval Air Station, officiated at both services.

Mr. Polson was born in Kansas City, Mo., and had lived in Jacksonville four months. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Glasgow, Mont. He was 37 years of age.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Wanda Polson; a daughter, Wanda Christine Polson and a son, Alton Rex Polson, all of Jacksonville. His widow is the former Wanda Skerski of Korona.
