Graveside services for Grady E. Prather 87 of Bunnell will be held on Friday June 5 at 11:00 AM in Espanola Cemetery, Espanola FL.

Mr. Prather, a resident of Bunnell since 1954 coming from Jasper GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2009 in Avante Nursing Center, Ormond Beach FL. He was born in Jasper GA on February 9, 1922 a son of the late James and Angeline Goss Grady.

Mr. Grady was a retired owner of several mobile home parks, a veteran of World War II serving in the US Navy and enjoyed flying and woodworking. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge and the Lions Club.

Preceding him in death was his wife Margaret.

Surviving are a son Grady Prather of Bunnell, a daughter, Gloria Dawson of Palm Coast, a sister Ruth Burgess and a brother, Timothy James Prather both of Jasper GA, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Duval Home Patient Care Fund, Glenwood FL.
