After only a few days illness, Mrs. Lillian Irene Prince, 32, wife of G. D. Prince, died at three o'clock Tuesday morning in the East Coast Hospital in St. Augustine. Mrs. Prince was carried to the hospital from her home here Monday.

Surviving are her husband and five children, Montez, Dorothy, Mary, Irene, and George all of Bunnell; her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Farnell, one sister, Jessie, and four brothers, Clarence and Homer, of Madison, Florida, and W. C. Jr., of Fernandina, and J. C. of Mayport.

Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock from the First Baptist church here, Rev, J. S. Taylor, pastor, conducting the service. The body was interred at Espanola Cemetery late Wednesday afternoon, and arrangements were in charge of the Edge funeral Home of St. Augustine.

The family has resided here for several years, and for some time Mr. Prince was in charge of the Hart Furniture Company's branch store, he having resigned from his position several months ago.
