Thursday, July 15, 1971Walter C. Robbins, 66, Deen Road, Bunnell, passed away Wednesday, July 7, at Bunnell General Hospital.
He was born in Georgia and moved to Bunnell 16 years ago from Palatka. He was a retired dragline operator.
His is survived by his widow, Ruth; four daughters, Mrs. John Saxon, Miss Clara Robbins, both of Bunnell; Mrs. Anna Hoff and Mrs. Faye Daughtry, both of Baxley, Ga.; three sisters; three brothers; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were Friday afternoon at 2:00 in the Bunnell First Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Foster, pastor, officiating. Interment was at Espanola Cemetery.
Pallbearers were C. H. Cowart, Tommy Durrance, John Seay, Dave Brown, Shelton Barber, and Stuart Eatman.
Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, was in charge.
