Charlotte June Vickers, 54, of Deen Road, a former waitress for the Pine Lakes Country Club, Palm Coast, died Saturday at Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach. 

Mrs. Vickers was born in Daytona Beach and was a lifelong resident of Bunnell. 

Survivors include three sons, John W., James D., and Ronald D. Hays, her parents, Willard and Nina Spivey, two brothers, Ernie and David Spivey, and a sister Judy Dodgen, all of Bunnell. Craig,

Palm Coast, is in charge.
