A Memorial Mass for Vincent James Vigliaturo, 84, of Bunnell, will be celebrated on Friday, August 25, 2008, at 2 pm in Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, 915 Central Ave., Flagler Beach. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.  

Mr. Vigliaturo, a resident of Bunnell since 1973, coming from Cocoa, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2008, in Flagler Pines Nursing Center, Bunnell. He was born in Kansas City, MO on February 29, 1924, a son of the late Joseph and Mary Falco Vigliaturo.  

Mr. Vigliaturo was a retired contractor, a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy, a member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church and Post 113 AMVETS. He loved children and being with his family.  

Surviving him is his daughter, Diane L. Spiegelhalter, Bunnell; a sister, Elizabeth Tatum, Kansas City, Mo; three grandchildren, James Bonilla, Flagler Beach, Cathy Vigliaturo, Hastings and Shawn Murray, Green Cove Springs; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.  

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 140 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Palm Coast, FL 32137 or the American Heart Association, 555 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
