Funeral services for Charlene N. Copsy 98 of Palm Coast will be held on Saturday August 8, 2009 at 11:30 AM in the Hammock Community Church, 5299 N. Oceanshore Blvd. Palm Coast.  Burial will follow in the Hammock Community Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the church. 

Mrs. Copsy a resident of the Hammock for since 1971 coming from Miami FL passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in Florida Hospital Flagler.  She was born on August 4, 1911 in Clay County IL a daughter of the late Charles and Ollie Mae Newton Crum.  Mrs. Copsy was the oldest member of the Hammock Community Church and served for many years as the organist.  She enjoyed shopping, sewing, upholstering, played the organ, harmonica and clarinet and enjoyed being with her family. 

Preceding her in death was her husband, Francis (Frank) Copsy and a son, James Copsy.
