Ellen Frances SullivantEllen Frances “Cissy” Sullivant, 60, of Flagler Beach, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, in Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park.
Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach. The Rev. Jack Habberfield will officiate.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1620 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32119
She had been a resident of Flagler Beach for the past 12 years, coming from Tarpon Springs. She was born Nov. 12, 1945, in Pine Bluff, Ark., a daughter of the late Melvin M. and Irma Willene Brassell Riggs.
She was an Episcopalian by faith and a member of the Ambassadors Club of Hot Springs, Ark., and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She is survived by two daughter, Amy Riggs-Newell of Tallahassee and Jehri Riggs-Trulock of Birmingham, Ala.; her companion. Pietro Piazza of Palm Coast; a brother, Michael Riggs of Atlanta, Ga.; and six grandchildren, Amanda and Alex Trulock, Ellen Claire, Chad, Riggs and Will Newell.

Nov. 12, 1945-Sept. 26, 2006FLAGLER BEACH- Ellen Frances “Cissy” Sullivant, 60, of forest Road, a resident since 1994, died Tuesday at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park.
Born in Pine Bluff, Ark., Ms. Sullivant came to this area from Tarpon Springs. She was a volunteer with several local charities. She was a member of the Ambassadors Club, Hot Springs, and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include two daughters, Amy Riggs-Newell, Tallahassee, and Jehri Riggs-Turlock, Birmingham, Ala.; a brother, Michael Riggs, Atlanta; six grandchildren; and her companion Pietro Piazza, Palm Coast.
