James Alexon and his late wife Mary developed many projects together in MI. They were a forward thinking team working well together to establish a variety of successful businesses, with other partners, for that era in Detroit, MI. When they were in their fifties, they made the decision to move to sunny Florida, locating in Flagler Beach to be near her late brother Dr. John M. Canakaris. Jim and Mary Alexon were the leaders, with other partners, to develop and to construct a variety of commercial ventures, they included a shopping center, rentals, gas station, real estate office, Flea Market and Mobile Park.
