James Lewis Ambrose, died Tuesday afternoon at his home on Moody boulevard following an illness of only a short time. The deceased was in his eighteenth year and the end came rapidly when he was afflicted with dropsy.

The deceased was born at Berea, Kentucky June 19, 1911 and came to Bunnell with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Ambrose in19l9, where he has lived until his death. He united with the Baptist church here in 1926 and lived a life consistent with his faith until his death. His death was witnessed by a few close friends of the family and was easy and glorious, seeming conscious of his triumphant entrance into the heavenly realm.

The deceased leaves behind his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Ambrose; one brother, Earl C. Ambrose of Lexington, Kentucky; two sisters, Mrs. J. M. Creech, of Day­tona Beach and Miss Geneva Ambrose of Bunnell.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. K. McClure at the Bunnell, Baptist church Thursday and interment at the Bartlett Cemetery, Carl Davis being in charge.
