PALM COAST -- Stanford Bailey, 75, of Forrester Place, an employee for Housing and Urban Development in Brooklyn, N.Y., before his retirement, died Thursday at Meadowbrook Manor, Bunnell. 

Mr. Bailey, an ordained minister, was born in Jamaica and came here three years ago from Brooklyn. He was a member and guest pastor of the United Evangelical and Missionary Outreach Church. 

Survivors include his wife, Flona; a daughter, Norma Carter; and two grandchildren.
