A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Isaac Barbosa 83 of Palm Coast will be held on Friday, Feb. 13 at 10:00 AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast. Entombment will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Feb. 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach where a prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM.

Mr. Barbosa, a resident of Palm Coast for the past 23 years, coming from Elizabeth NJ passed away on Tuesday February 10, 2009 in the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, Palm Coast. He was born on May 6, 1925 in Portugal. A retired longshoreman, Mr. Barbosa was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Elizabeth NJ, the Portuguese-American Club of Palm Coast, and enjoyed, gardening, animals and wine making.

Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Maria, two daughters, Ascencao (Connie) Oliveria of NJ, and Alice Barbosa of Palm Coast, one son Joaquim Barbosa of Palm Coast, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzhemiers Association, 111 N Frederick Ave #100, Daytona Beach FL 32114.
