PALM COAST - Frank A. Barlow, 68, of Palm Coast, who retired in 2005 as a custodian for the Flagler County school system, died Saturday at home.
Mr. Barlow, an Army veteran, was born in Teaneck, N.J., and moved to this area in 2001 from Bogota, N.J. He was also a former maintenance supervisor for Colgate, Tenafly, N.J. He attended Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church. ·
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Theresa; two sons, Michael and Matthew Fox, both of Palm Coast; and six grandchildren.
