Mr. Clinton O. Bartley, Sr., at the age of 84, passed away in peace at his home in Palm Coast, Florida on the 12th day of November of 2016. Clinton was born on January 31, 1932 in Jamaica, son of the late Madeline Rowe and Enos Bartley.

Survived by his wife Sandra and sons Clinton Jr. and Scottie in addition to many relatives and friends.
 
He worked at the United Nations UNIDO-sector for 27 years (retired) and at Enterprise for another 15 years. In totality, his imprint on the people he has touched will forever linger on with joys, laughter and smiles.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 2pm to 8pm at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. South Flagler Beach, FL 32136.

Funeral Services will be held at 10am Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. Edwin Coffie officiating. Entombment to follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
