A native of Daytona, he had lived in Flagler County for over 50 years until declining health took him to his daughter's home in Winter Park. Guy had worked 23 years as a supervisor with the Flagler County road and bridge department. He was of the Baptist faith. Guy loved to fish and spent many a day out on Dead Lake. He also enjoyed gardening with his grandkids as well as love for Jack Terrier Racing.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Doris L. Baylor, two brothers, Dewey and Donald Baylor and two sisters, Doris Dills and Bunny Baylor.

Guy is survived by two daughters, Donna Bilinski (Mike) of Winter Park and Linda Sarauer (Jordan) of Chetek, WI, a son, Martin Baylor (Linda) of San Mateo, a brother, Bill Baylor (Pat) of Bunnell, a sister, Bonnie Jane Garmin (Jim), 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 7, 2016 at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens in Palm Coast with Katie Palmer officiating. No public visitation is scheduled.

Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.
