PALM COAST -- Anthony A. Belfon, 67, of Beechwood Lane, the former owner of Tony's Ice Cream, known as the "Ice Cream Man", an ice cream truck business that served Bunnell, Palm Coast, DeLand, and Ormond Beach, died Monday at home. 

Born in Greneda, Mr. Belfon moved to this area from the Bronx, N.Y., in 1988. He also retired as an electrician for the New York City Transit Authority. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, where he was a past Grand Knight, the Gun Club of Palm Coast and Marine Corp League No. 876, Palm Coast. A volunteer for Palm Coast Fire Department, he also was active with the Boy Scouts Troop 417, Palm Coast. 

Survivors include two sons, John and George, both of New York; two daughters, Dale Session, Palm Coast, and Jacqueline Belfon, Tampa; three brothers, Francis Belfon, Greneda, Steve, Orlando, and Corn, Queens, N.Y.; two sisters, Floris Nicoles, Trinadad; and Celia Williams, Palm Coast; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
