David “Dave” Biondella, Sr. 82, of Palm Coast passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 14, 1933 in Newark, NJ.  to the late Louis and Ann Biondella (Vitola).

David’s career as a maintenance man began with Work-O-lite in Bellville , NJ for 16 years; All Star Dairies in Metuchen, NJ for 8 years and then finally retiring with Campbell Soups in Camden, NJ. in 1984. Upon his official retirement he moved to Tamarac, Florida and his favorite “retired job” was being a maintenance man for the 1stUnited Methodist Church.

In 2003 he then moved to Palm Coast and enjoyed his retirement days. David was a jack-of-all-trades, there was nothing he could not fix or fix it to where nobody else could. 

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Roslie, Philip, Josephine, Adel, Lillian and Salvatore; granddaughter, Kristen Biondella.

Survivors include his “forever girl” of 61 years, Alice “Jerry” Biondella ; son, David (Justine) Biondella Jr., daughters, Alicelynne (Charles) Fullman, Margo Ann (Rusty) King; brother, Frank Biondollo; grandchildren, Anthony David Biondella, Vincent Frank Biondella and Nicholas James King. 

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016, 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. South Flagler Beach.

A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, September 24, 2016, 1:00PM at The United Methodist Church of Bunnell.  Interment to follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.

Donations in his memory may be made to Haven Hospice.
