PALM COAST -- Robert J. Bolcar, 70, of Frankford Lane, a retired machinist for PS&G Gas, Summit, N.J., died Friday at home. 

Mr. Bolcar came here in 1992 from his native Morristown, N.J. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, Elks, Moose, New Jersey Club and Italian American Social Club. 

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; two sons, Robert, West Caldwell, N.J., and John, Bedminster, N.J.; two daughters, Elizabeth Newell, Palm Coast, and JoAnne Myers, Morristown; and seven grandchildren.
