ORMOND BEACH - Carmelo “Carmen” Brucculeri, 17, of Lakeshore Place, a graduate from Palm Coast High School, died Sunday in Ormond Beach due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. 

Mr. Brucculeri, a native of Mount Kisco, N.Y., moved here three years ago from Patterson, N.Y. He graduated high school with honors, with aspirations of becoming an attorney, and played shortstop for his high school baseball team. He also enjoyed golfing. 

Survivors include his parents, Mary and Angelo, Palm Coast; a sister, Nicole, Palm Coast; his paternal grandmother, Carmela Brucculeri, Mount Kisco; and his maternal grandparents, Anna and Frank Terenzi, Rye, N.Y.
