A funeral service for Terry James Canfield, 66, of Palm Coast, will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, 12:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. South Flagler Beach. Interment will follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 10:00AM until time of the service.

Terry passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at his home. He was born on February 21, 1946 in Covington, KY to the late Earl J. and Martha Canfield (Felthaus). Terry was a graduate from the pharmacy school at the University of Florida “Go Gators”. He worked as a pharmacist at local Walgreens in Palm Coast and Daytona. He enjoyed golfing, fishing in the neighborhood pond, traveling, playing poker and watching Gator football. His greatest love was spending time with his beloved grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife of 16 years Theresa; children, Christy and her husband Andy McNamara of Winter Park, FL. David Canfield of Dubai; step-children, Tara and her husband Matt Dodson of St. Augustine, Natalie Wu of Orlando, Rachel Wu of Palm Coast; sister, Pat Canfield of Coral Gables; brother, Michael Canfield of Ft. Lauderdale; former wife Sandy Canfield; grandchildren, Lilly McNamara, Dakota, Mahaley and Taylor Dodson.

Donations in his memory may be made to Keepers of the Coast Donations will go towards Sea Turtle Education and Conservation.

Services are in the care and trust of Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
