Mrs. Helen Carter, 41, widow of the late N. E. Carter, of Flagler Beach, was found dead in her home at Flagler Beach Monday morning by E. E. Owens, a roomer in the Carter home. She apparently died suddenly from a heart attack.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Baptist Church in Flagler Beach with Rev. E. R. Dow officiating. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Baggett, Wetherby and McIntosh of Daytona Beach. Burial was made in Hope Cemetery near Flagler Beach.

Her mother and one sister came down from Indianapolis for the funeral.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Maley of Indianapolis, Indiana, and two sisters.

Pallbearers were A. A. Root, V. W. Haines, Tom Bruner, S. L. Nickell, Perle Gangwer and Richard Mosby.
