DOROTHY D. DONEMAN CAWLEY, ACTIVE IN CARTERET
Dorothy M. Doneman Cawley, 66, died Saturday (Feb. 18. 1995) at the home of her daughter in Middlesex.
Mrs. Cawley was born in Jersey City. She lived in Ridgefield and Carteret before moving to Palm Coast, Fla., seven years ago.
She was manager of human resources for Paul’s Trucking Corporation in Woodbridge for 20 years, retiring in1987.
A graduate of Paine Hall Medical School in New York City, she was a former president of the Knights of Columbus Columbiettes in Carteret, where she attended St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church. She was a former president of the Parent-Teachers Association there and taught classes in religion.
Surviving are her husband, William J. Cawley; two sons, Robert Crawley of Oceanport and Michael Cawley of Drums, Pa.; two daughters, Susan Paladino of Washington Township and Kathleen Vaccaro of Middlesex; her mother, Ann Doneman of Bloomfield; two sisters. Eileen Truncellito of Bloomfield and Barbara Small of New City, N .Y.: and 10 grandchildren.
Services are at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Middlesex Funeral Home in Middlesex, followed by a Mass at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Church, Middlesex. Cremation will be private. Friends may visit on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
