Mary Rebecca Thompson Chaffin, 79, of Palm Coast FL entered Heaven on Wednesday, March 25th. She was born on April 7th, 1940 to Charles and Mary Thompson in Barboursville, WV.

Becky enjoyed sewing, singing, camping, fishing, boating, working with children, cooking, reading, volunteering at Matanzas High School Culinary classes, swimming at Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Club, and attending Crescent Beach Baptist.

She is survived by Linzey Chaffin, her best friend and husband of over 61 1/2 years, her children Libby Mitchell (Frank) of Tulsa, OK; Lisa Kittrell (Jon) of Palm Coast; and Steve Chaffin (Tammy) of Proctorville, OH; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Becky was preceded in death by a daughter, Patti Chaffin Welton.
