PALM COAST - Ana Delia Checa, 67, of Campbell Court, a retired machine operator for Maxwell House Coffee, died Monday at home.
A native of Puerto Rico, Mrs. Checa moved to this area in 1997 from Jersey City, N.J. She enjoyed dancing and making people laugh.
Survivors include her companion of 17 years, Etanislao Cora; a son, Felix Ocasio, Clifton, N.J.; two daughters, Mildred Ocasio, Palm Coast, and Migdalia Ruiz, Paterson, N.J.; two brothers, Rafael and Benjamin Rosario, and a sister, Emilia Rosario, all of Puerto Rico; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
