Robert William Colburn, 81, a former resident of Palm Coast, died Friday at Health Central Hospital. 

Mr. Colburn, a World War II Navy veteran, was born in Rochester, N.Y., and retired after 34 years as a supervisor for General Motors. He moved to the Palm Coast area in 1975 where was a member of St. Mark-by-the-Sea Lutheran Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8696, the Lions Club, where he was a past president, and the Palm Harbor Mens Golf Association, where he was a past treasurer. He was also a member of Etolian Lodge 479 F&AM, Spencerport, N.Y. 

Survivors include a daughter, Sherrill Ann Wigfield, Fairport, N.Y.; a son, Robert W. Jr., Ocoee; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
