Muriel A. Collins

Muriel A. Collins, 89, of Palm Coast, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the Florida Hospital Flagler.

Muriel was born in Kingston, Jamaica, a daughter of Leslie and Gwendolyn Warlock DeCosta. Her late husband Carbonel Collins died on Nov. 21, 2011.

She had worked as a Sample maker for Bill Blass NY, and Painting as a hobby since she retired and moved to Florida.

She is survived by a daughter, Yvonne (Carl) McDonald of England; two sons, Dennis (Sylvia) Collins of Middletown, NY and Neville (Vilma) Collins of Windsor Locks, CT.; seven grandchildren, Denise Collins, Judy Collins, Michael Collins, Mathieu Collins, Michelle Burns, Michael Black and Denzel McDonald; and seven great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received Monday, January 16, 2012, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home in Flagler Beach, where funeral services will take place at 11:00 am. Entombment will take place at the Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.
