PALM COAST - Eileen Colquhoun, 83, of Patricia Drive, a retired officer and human resource manager for East Chester Savings Bank, Mount Vernon, N.Y., died Tuesday at home. Mrs. Colquhoun was born in Dublin, Ireland, and moved to this area in 1983 from Westchester County, N.Y.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing mah-jongg and bridge. Mrs. Colquhoun was also a seamstress.

Survivors include three daughters, Kathleen McNulty, Boca Raton, Donna Justine, Cooper City, and Patricia Freedman, Palm Coast; a brother, William Walker; a sister, Betty Casanova, Vero Beach; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
