PALM COAST - John P. Cullinane, 69, of Pebblewood Lane, a retired supervisor for the Chrysler Corporation, died Sunday at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville. 

Mr. Cullinane was born in Ireland and came here 10 years ago from Delaware. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. 

Survivors include two daughters, Bernadette and Naula Cullinane, both of Bellaire, Texas; two brothers, James, Ireland, and Peter, England; and a sister, Margaret Wright, Scotland.
