HOLLY HILL - Otto Joseph Dekom, 86, of Kings Court Road, a journalist for the Wilmington (Del.) New Journal before his retirement, died Wednesday at Florida Hospital-Ormond Memorial. 

Mr. Dekom was born in Romania and moved here in 1983 from Chadsford, Pa. He enjoyed stamp collecting and classical music. 

Survivors include a son, Peter, Beverly Hills, Calif.; and a grandchild.
